n nWe are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with expertise in Integrative Functional Medicine, including GLP-1 weight loss, hormone therapy, male and Female sexual wellness, and anti-aging aesthetics. In this role, you will oversee the clinic’s medical services and procedures division, guiding patient care through assessments of symptoms and case history, prescription of medications, and performance of medical and medical aesthetic procedures. You will work closely with Medical Assistants or Nurses, Aestheticians, and the Medical Director or Supervising Physician. In collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals, you will create an upscale environment focused on delivering unparalleled client experiences and enhancing both inner and outer wellbeing.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who possesses:
nnExperience working in an wellness / aesthetic practice or medical spa setting
nA minimum of two years’ experience in related services
nExperience or an interest and willingness to learn Hormone Replacement Therapies
nExperience or an interest and willingness to learn and perform Men's and Women's Sexual Wellness therapies, such as P-Shot, O-Shot, P-Long, and Gainswave
nA thorough understanding of GLP-1 (Semaglutide and Tirzepatide) protocols
nA commitment to patient goals
nExcellent communication skills
nProven experience in meeting benchmarks pertaining to patient retention, revenue, and reviews
nAbility to bring a keen eye for detail, strong aesthetics knowledge, and a compassionate, heart-first approach to care

nRequired:
nnCurrent Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in TN
nCurrent DEA License in TN
nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills
nAbility to provide compassionate care and build rapport with clients
nCommitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards
nDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
nCPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus
nStrong desire to learn new skills
n nPreferred:
nnExperience with GLP-1 weight loss and protocols
nExperience with Hormone Replacement Therapies
nExperience with male and female Sexual Wellness Therapies
