Job description
A growing Pulmonary Medicine program in Massachusetts is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join an established outpatient team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Pulmonologists while helping expand access to high-quality pulmonary care and post-hospital follow-up services.
nnPosition Highlights
nnFull-time, Monday through Friday schedule
nOutpatient-only Pulmonary Medicine practice
nDay shift position with no weekends
nManage ambulatory pulmonary patients and post-hospitalization follow-up visits
nHelp improve continuity of care and reduce hospital readmissions
nOrder and review diagnostic testing and laboratory studies
nUtilize EMR for timely and accurate clinical documentation
nWork in a collaborative environment with experienced physicians and support staff

nnJoin 2 experienced Pulmonary Medicine physicians
nMultiple outpatient practice locations within the Greater Brockton area
nEstablished patient base with growing demand
