The facility provides full integration into a multidisciplinary care team, respected clinical leadership roles, and access to a broad spectrum of pediatric subspecialty services including surgery, cardiology, and neurology.
Opportunity:
Board Certified - Neonatology
Job Details:
Provide comprehensive neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams within a Level III NICU setting
Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures
Contribute actively to clinical decision-making, patient management, family education, and care planning
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
Support the full spectrum of pediatric subspecialty care, including surgery, cardiology, and neurology
Participate in mentorship programs especially designed for new graduates
Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain high standards of neonatal care
Must be NNP Board Certified - FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications are not accepted
Providers with 2+ years of NNP experience are highly preferred; new graduates are also welcome to apply
Must hold or be willing to obtain a Michigan state license
Master's Degree in Nursing required
DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start
