Position Overview
Join a mission-driven, patient-centered practice that combines evidence-based primary care with a whole-person approach to wellness.
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Conduct wellness visits, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and preventive health.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care.
Qualifications Active Texas Family Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility for Texas licensure.
Experience or interest in family practice, primary care, chronic disease management, or integrative medicine.
Strong commitment to patient education and building long-term patient relationships.
Compassionate, collaborative, and patient-focused approach to care.
Compensation & Benefits: Base Pay: $120,000 - $135,000/Year + Bonuses
