Job description
Position Overview:
Start date: 8/3/26
Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop and implement patient care plans
Prescribe medications and treatments (as authorized)
Provide patient education and preventive care
Work independently or collaboratively within a care team
Job Requirements:
Master s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
License required: For PA: CA PA required - must have masters degree in physician assistant studies
For NP: CA license required
MUST have one of the following board certs: ACNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, ACNPC-AG, ACNPC
DEA: CA DEA Schedule 2 required
Certifications preferred: OCN or AOCNP, ACLS
EMR: EPIC
