Nurse Practitioner: Schools-La Plata, MD

Job Title: Nurse Practitioner: Schools-La Plata, MD
Location: White Plains, MD
Setting: School
Pay Range: 64.53 - 67.76
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time options
Contract Length: School Year
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly.
Preferred: Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Be willing to obtain state licensure. 2 years as an RN with pediatric experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to students for illness, injury, and chronic health conditions within the school setting.
Maintain accurate health records, including immunizations, screenings, and emergency plans.
Collaborate with school staff and families to support student health and well-being.
Administer medications and conduct health assessments as necessary.
Support the development and implementation of individual health plans.
