Practice/Organization Details:
Care for a manageable 8-10 patients per day, allowing for thoughtful, comprehensive visits
Flexible day-to-day scheduling with the freedom to start and structure your day in a way that works best for you
Develop meaningful long-term relationships with seniors, families, and caregivers
Focus on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction rather than RVU quotas

Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed base salary up to 75th% MGMA
Monthly vehicle allowance plus reimbursement for state licensure and DEA expenses
