Job description
Avir Health Group is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (Skilled Nursing) to join our family in a SNF setting. You will serve as a clinical leader, coordinating care with the facility team, handling admissions, discharges, and ongoing assessments for residents with diverse needs.
