Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our White Marsh practice new SHARP model. SHARP (small high acuity/risk panel) is a Nurse Practitioner led small panel primary care program. Johns Hopkins SHARP providers co-manage a small panel of high-risk adult patients in a primary care practice, enhancing standard PCP care. The SHARP Nurse Practitioner collaborates with 3-5 established PCPs to provide enhanced, high touch, independent and collaborative primary care to a select group of high-risk patients. SHARP NP enjoy extended visits and significantly lower visit volumes than seen in standard primary care practices.
Benefits:
Full-time - 32 hours clinical and 8 hours admin
Admin time may be remote eligible

You'll enjoy regular hours with night call less than once per month, allowing you ample time to enjoy all the activities that the area has to offer.
Requirements:
CRNP License in the State of Maryland required
CPR Certification required
3 years' experience preferred
