Job description
Avir Health Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (Skilled Nursing) to serve as a clinical leader in a SNF setting in Texas. You will oversee admissions, discharges, monthly stability checks, and evaluations for changes in condition, while handling advanced care planning and comprehensive assessments.
Requirements include Active Texas APN licensure and DEA, nursing/clinical experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a Master’s degree in Nursing.
