Job description
A growing, value-based primary care organization with multiple locations across the St. Louis area is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Creve Coeur . This opportunity is available due to continued growth and demand for high-quality, senior-focused care.
nnCompensation and Benefits:
nnSalary: $125,000–$150,000 based on experience

n nPosition Highlights:
nnFull-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
nOutpatient only – no weekends
nRotating after-hours phone calls one night per week
nFocused on patients ages 65 and older
nResponsibilities include well-checks, preventive care, same-day and sick visits
nLow patient volume: 8–10 patients per day for more personalized care
nALL Scripts EHR
n nQualifications:
nnCertified Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
nExperience is preferred, but new graduates with strong ICU experience will be considered
nAbility to practice autonomously with the support of a clinical team
