Job description
Fast Pace Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner-Float to provide high-quality care in clinic and telehealth settings. You will lead clinic staff, review patient histories, and develop diagnosis and treatment plans while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care across channels.
