nJob Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in cardiology and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
nResponsibilities:
nConduct comprehensive assessments of cardiac patients, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the cardiology team, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and patient education.
nProvide ongoing monitoring and management of cardiac conditions, including follow-up visits and medication adjustments.
nEducate patients and their families about heart health, disease prevention, and treatment options.
nCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
nRequirements:
nCurrent license as a Nurse Practitioner in AZ.
nCertification as a Nurse Practitioner in Cardiology (ANCC or AACN).
nMinimum of 5 years of clinical experience in cardiology.
nStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
