Job Description Job Description About the Role: Spring Mountain Women in Las Vegas, NV is looking for a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated women's health team on a temporary basis. We are hiring someone who is able to start immediately and cover our office for 8-10 weeks. Hours are flexible to the availability of the right candidate. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive women's health care including routine gynecological exams, preventive screenings, and wellness visits
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions specific to women's health
Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
Perform or assist with in-office procedures such as colposcopies, IUD insertions, and biopsies
Counsel patients on reproductive health, family planning, and menopause management
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system
Requirements: Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Nevada (or ability to obtain)
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
Experience in OB/GYN, women's health, or primary care preferred
Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority
Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach
