Job description
Nantucket Cottage Hospital seeks a dual-role Clinical Nurse Practitioner and NP Program Manager for the Nantucket Tick Center. Half the time you provide direct NP care, and half the time you develop, implement, operate and grow the Tick Center through leadership, education, and research coordination.
This position emphasizes patient navigation, interdisciplinary care, program development, and quality improvement, with opportunities to partner with Mass General Brigham and local health partners
