nAdvanced Practice Provider (NP) – Urology (Clinic-Only Role)
nLocation: Tucson, Arizona Practice: Santa Cruz Urology Care Clinic Position Type: Full-Time

nPosition Overview: We seek a dedicated and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner) to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outpatient medicine, continuity of care, a team approach to patient care, and building long-term patient relationships. This is not an OR or first-assist position.
nKey Responsibilities:
nConduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including histories and physical exams
nDiagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions in the outpatient setting
nPerform in-office procedures (e.g., catheter placement, bladder scans, minor procedures)
nProvide follow-up and chronic disease management
nCollaborate closely with supervising physician and clinical staff
nEducate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care
nEnsure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
nQualifications:
nGraduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
nActive Arizona license (or eligible for)
nDEA certification (or ability to obtain)
nStrong clinical and interpersonal skills
nAbility to work independently in a clinic setting
nUrology experience required
nBilingual English-Spanish preferred, but not required
nCompensation & Benefits:
nSalary Baseline: $130,000+, with significant potential for additional earnings and performance-based bonuses. Starting salary may increase based on experience and productivity.
