Job description

Nurse Practitioners: Serve Veterans and Increase Your Practice's Revenue by Thousands per Month

Efficient, high-pay contractor opportunity for your practice.

Contract with our leading clinician-owned and led health company today! The Warrior Vets Medical Services team provides exemplary general medical services. We provide in-person care to current and former US Military veterans.

We pay up to $150 per hour; you will receive compensation for each evaluation. We remit payment within 45 days of encounter documentation in our user-friendly EMR.

Typical appointments consist of general medical evaluations in your practice. Evaluations are performed once per veteran and typically take 30 to 90 minutes. There are no ongoing treatment needs for these veterans; it is a one-time encounter.

We schedule around your availability. Make your own schedule! Our current need is for 5 days per week (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm). We efficiently schedule a series of evaluation appointments that last no more than a total of eight hours on each of those days.

No administrative tasks required. Our back-office support team handles all administrative work, including contracting with the Veterans Administration, liaising with contractors, and payment. This approach allows you to spend your time where it should be: with your patients.

Training and experience. These evaluations make a difference in the lives of veterans and directly impact their access to the ongoing care they need. Our clinical onboarding team of advanced level practitioners is available to train you on working with the veteran population. They provide excellent ongoing clinical support for any questions or concerns.

Note: The evaluations are general medical evaluations, not disability evaluations.

Requirements:

Unrestricted state medical licensure without limitations to perform full scope of authorized practice

Education and training in a US-accredited, post-baccalaureate (Masters) course of study

Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or certification by the ANCC or AANP

2+ years of post-graduate primary care experience

Established collaborating physician (if needed)

Part-time or full-time positions available. Enjoy the freedom to create your own custom schedules with the perfect work/life balance.

Warrior Vets Medical Services offers a variety of part-time and/or full-time options to our clinicians. Our part-time clinicians will work as independent contractors.

We offer:
