Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – North Dallas, TX
Part-Time Opportunity Meridian Health Partners is seeking Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) to join our Weekend Provider Program, delivering compassionate care in post-acute/skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Requirements:
Active Texas Medical License & DEA certification
3+ years of experience in acute care, clinics, or senior care settings
