Job description
A highly regarded private women's health clinic in Arcadia, California is looking for an experienced WHNP or FNP ready to practice at the intersection of gynecology, pelvic medicine, and medical aesthetics — a rare specialty combination that makes this one of the more distinctive women's health NP roles in Southern California right now. The practice has built its reputation entirely through patient referrals, which speaks to the quality of care delivered and the culture of the team behind it.
This is a flexible opportunity — full-time, part-time, or per diem — with the ability to grow into the role over time. You'll work under MD supervision in a modern, fully electronic private practice seeing complex pelvic floor disorders, uro-gynecology cases, aesthetic treatments, and routine GYN care for patients who expect a premium, individualized experience. Strong compensation, flexible scheduling, and a genuine opportunity to develop expertise in specialty areas that most NPs never get access to.
Key Responsibilities
Perform gynecological and pelvic floor disorder visits, well-woman exams, family planning, and pre-op and routine consults
Conduct urodynamics and office-based aesthetic procedures
Perform routine health assessments and preventive medicine services
Order and review medications, labs, and imaging as clinically indicated
Make specialist referrals as needed and follow up on all results
Complete comprehensive and timely documentation in eClinicalWorks EMR
Practice independently under MD supervision knowing when to escalate or refer
Deliver aesthetic treatments and follow-up care within scope
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted California NP license (WHNP or FNP preferred)
Active, unrestricted DEA certificate required
Minimum 3+ years OB-GYN and women's health experience in outpatient setting
Comfortable practicing independently in a fast-paced private practice environment
eClinicalWorks EMR experience strongly preferred
Comfortable in a fully electronic clinical environment
Schedule & Compensation
$130,000–$160,000/year
Full-time, part-time, or per diem — flexible and negotiable
Five 8-hour shifts (full-time) | Flexible schedule
