Job description
Boston Children’s Hospital seeks a Nurse Practitioner to support the BRIDGES/Adult Transition Program, delivering age-appropriate care across inpatient and ambulatory settings with a focus on pulmonary issues for adolescents and young adults.
You will collaborate with NPs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams, handling preoperative planning for adult patients and guiding transitions to adult-oriented healthcare while ensuring coordinated, high-quality care.
