Job Description Job Description Rio Grande Urology is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and bilingual Nurse Practitioner to join our team! What You'll Bring
Strong advanced clinical skills within the scope of advanced nursing practice
Excellent physical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Ability to assess medical conditions, interpret clinical findings, and develop appropriate care plans
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required (100% bilingual)
Required QualificationsEducation
Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Licensure & Certification
Current Advanced Practice Nurse/Nurse Practitioner license
Current CPR certification
Experience
Previous Nurse Practitioner experience preferred

From the start, our philosophy has been that patients receive better care when there is continuity of care. Since then Rio Grande Urology has been committed to providing high quality urologic care in El Paso and Las Cruces. Our urology practice has grown from a single location to four urology locations in Las Cruces, West El Paso, Central El Paso, and East El Paso.
In the quest to provide the best continuity of care, RGU also founded the RGU Radiation Center in 2008. The RGU Radiation Center serves both RGU patients and non-RGU patient from throughout El Paso, Las Cruces and the region. We use a breakthrough technology for delivering image-guided radiotherapy, offering new hope to people who are battling cancer.
