Nurse Practitioner

nnCommQuest seeks full-time Nurse Practitioners for our locations in Canton, Massillon, & Alliance, Ohio . You will provide assessments, medications, and other medical treatment directed by your medical supervisor for clients suffering from addiction and mental health conditions. Must also be willing to see children and adolescents.

n nWhat you'll do:
nnConduct comprehensive substance use and psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
nTreat and diagnose co-occurring disorders medical and mental health conditions
nPrescribe and manage medications
nCollaborate with counselors, peers, case managers and physicians
nProvide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals and families.
n nSchedule:
nMonday-Friday; Dayshift.
nMinimum Qualifications:
nnLicensed APRN(CNP) through Ohio Board of Nursing with psychiatry certification.
nValid DEA with prescriptive authority.
nMinimum 2 years' experience in a MAT/OBOT setting, psychiatric, or mental health setting.
nPrevious knowledge of mental health and/or addictions is required.
nMust be professional and team player working together for the benefit of our clients
