Nurse Practitioner (PM&R / Pain Management)
We are a premier medical practice specializing in pain management within the frameworks of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Anesthesiology. Our team takes a multidisciplinary, evidence-based approach to evaluate, diagnose, and treat complex neurological, muscular, and skeletal pain. Whether a patient's pain stems from an accident or a physiologic condition, our integrated team combines highly trained professionals across multiple disciplines to offer comprehensive recovery strategies that go far beyond a single "monotherapy" option.
Job Summary:
Position Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP).
Specialty: Pain Management / PM&R.
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Preferences: Bilingual language skills and Orthopedic experience are highly preferred.
Compensation Structure: Multiple flexible options tailored to your preferences:
Option A: $140,000 flat base salary.
Option B: Lower base salary (e.g., $120,000) paired with a lucrative percentage-based production bonus.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients suffering from acute, chronic, and injury-related neurological, muscular, and skeletal pain.
Multidisciplinary Approach: Collaborate closely with an integrated team of PM&R and Anesthesiology specialists to build comprehensive, multi-layered treatment plans.
Interventional Treatments: Utilize evidence-based diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to accelerate patient recovery and improve overall quality of life.
Patient Education: Clearly communicate diagnosis, treatment plans, and wellness strategies to a diverse patient population.
Skills, Experience & Requirements:
Licensing: Valid, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
Clinical Expertise: Orthopedic experience is highly preferred to support our musculoskeletal and PM&R patient volume.
Communication: Strong communication skills. Bilingual capabilities are highly preferred to best serve our diverse community.
