Job description
Advocate Christ Medical Center is seeking a Nursing Research Director to lead the development and implementation of nursing and professional research programs, promote evidence-based practice, and mentor research activities across the site.
The role oversees site Nursing Research Councils, partners with the Development Office for fundraising, and drives dissemination of findings via publications and conferences. Requires a PhD and RN background with strong data analysis and communication skills.
