Job description
Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL, seeks a Nurse Resident for the Trauma Med/Surg unit. This 12-month program targets RNs with under one year of experience, providing guided patient care under a preceptor on an on-site unit.
The residency includes structured training, monthly classes, and simulation to transition to independent practice. Florida RN license, BLS, and required advanced certifications are essential.
