Job description
Northern Arizona Healthcare at Flagstaff Medical Center is recruiting Nurse Residents for a yearlong residency starting in the November 9 cohort. The program blends clinical teaching with classroom and online learning to prepare new graduates for independent practice.
Residents work under a preceptor and complete ACLS, EMR training, and orientation, transitioning to RN after completion. Arizona RN license is required before start; BSN enrollment is encouraged within one year of hire.
