Job description
Parkland Health is seeking a Registered Nurse at the Moody Outpatient Center, 5th Floor, to coordinate patient care using the Parkland nursing professional practice model. The RN will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate through the nursing process, ensuring safe transitions and minimal delays for patients.
