Job description
OhioHealth offers a Nurse Residency Program to support registered nurses new to acute care, guiding them to bedside care with centralized recruitment and a customized learning track. The program extends beyond orientation to support residents through mentorship, preceptors, and peer groups during their first year.
As an RN, you will provide general nursing care across diverse settings, collaborating with the health care team.
