Job description
Baystate Health in Westfield, MA is seeking December Nurse Graduates to join the Nurse Residency program. You will work on the 31-bed inpatient unit (Medical-Surgical/Telemetry/IMC) with a 36-hour, 7a-7:30p schedule, rotating weekends and holidays, under RN supervision.
This residency offers a comprehensive orientation, structured learning curriculum, and opportunities to cross-train into specialty roles with leadership support and system-wide shadowing.
