Job description
Saratoga Hospital is seeking graduates for a Nurse Residency program designed to ease the transition from student to registered nurse. You’ll be assigned to a cohort and participate in six months of monthly education led by the Nurse Residency Coordinator, alongside a 3–4 month unit orientation with a preceptor.
Unit A3/C3 offers a supportive team-focused environment where you gain foundational skills in oncology, pulmonary care, and end-of-life care, with opportunities to pursue chemotherapy
