Job description
ChristianaCare is offering a Nurse Residency Program for new grads and nurses with less than 12 months of experience at the Newark and Wilmington campuses. The program includes a structured curriculum with lectures, simulation, peer support, and up to 16 weeks of preceptor-led clinical experiences, aimed at developing critical thinking and evidence-based practice.
