Job description
Join ChristianaCare’s Nurse Residency Program – Progressive Care Track, beginning Fall 2026. New graduate nurses will build strong clinical foundations caring for acutely ill adults in a supportive, high-acuity environment. The program combines structured classroom learning, simulation, and precepted bedside experience focused on cardiac, respiratory, and complex medical-surgical conditions.
