Job description
LifeBridge Health, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Resident to join our patient-centered team in Baltimore, MD. In this structured residency program, you will transition from student to professional RN with support from preceptors and educators. Responsibilities include delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care, performing assessments, administering medications, documenting in the EMR, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. You will participate in classroom learning, simulation, and mentored clinical practice while building critical thinking skills, confidence, and a long-term career path within our regional health system.
