Nurse (RN / LPN) - 3rd Shift
Well• Spring, A Life Plan Community - Greensboro, NC

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our overnight nursing team. We currently have two full-time openings available.
Current Openings
Full-Time - Skilled Nursing
Shift: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Schedule:
Wednesday-Friday
Every other Monday
Every other weekend
Full-Time - Memory Care | Weekend Premium
Shift: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Schedule:
Thursday-Sunday
Weekend Premium Position
Position Summary
In this role, you will provide overnight clinical oversight, support care staff, monitor resident well-being, and help ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while remaining part of a collaborative and supportive nursing team.
What You'll Do
Provide nursing care and clinical oversight during overnight hours
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately
Document care accurately and communicate updates to incoming shifts
Respond to resident needs, incidents, and emergencies
Collaborate with Med Techs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
Support infection prevention and safety standards
Help maintain a calm, comfortable environment for residents overnight
What We're Looking For
Current North Carolina RN or LPN license
CPR/BLS certification required
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or memory care preferred
Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Passion for serving older adults
