Nurse (RN / LPN) - Evening Shift | Full-Time

We are currently hiring for two Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions on our evening shift (3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.) :
Assisted Living: Monday-Friday | 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Skilled Nursing: Monday-Friday | 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Both positions offer a consistent weekday schedule , strong team support, and the opportunity to provide personalized care while building meaningful relationships with older adults.
Position Summary
In this role, you will provide nursing care and oversight during evening hours, supporting residents and care staff while helping maintain a safe, calm, and well-supported environment. You'll monitor changes in condition, respond to resident needs, administer medications and treatments, and work closely with CNAs and other members of the care team.
Depending on your experience and interests, opportunities are available in either our Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing areas.
This is a great opportunity for a nurse who is confident working independently while still valuing the support and collaboration of a strong team.
Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care, oversight, and support to residents during evening hours
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately
Document care accurately and communicate important updates
Respond to resident needs, incidents, and emergencies
Collaborate with CNAs and other care staff to ensure safe, high-quality care
Support infection control and safety standards
Maintain a calm, safe, and supportive environment for residents
Qualifications
Current North Carolina RN or LPN license
CPR/BLS certification required
2+ years of nursing experience preferred
Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, or senior care preferred
Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently while supporting a team
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Passion for working with older adults
