nnnProvide direct nursing care to residents
n
nnProvide assessment of the residents’ conditions and respond accordingly
n
nnMaintain effective communication with other staff
n
nnComplete reports such as changes in residents condition report, incident and accident reports, etc
n
nnProvide immediate response to situations of resident risk such as allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of property
n
nnEnsure timely and accurate medication and treatment administration
n
nnMaintain and restore residents physical and mental health functional abilities
n
n nEducation and/ or Experience:
nnnCurrent Nursing License
n
nnPrior Long-Term Care setting experience preferred
n
n nRequirements:
nnnExcellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
n
nnMust be physically active with the ability to lift, bend, push, pull
n
