Location: La Plata, MD
Setting: School
Pay Range: $42.67 - $44.80
Schedule: 08/24/2026 to 06/14/2027, Days, Full-time or Part-time options available
Contract Length: School Year
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
Preferred: Pediatric medical-surgical, hematology, and oncology experience preferred but not required; New grads welcome to apply!
Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, willingness to obtain state licensure
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to students for illness, injury, and chronic health conditions within the school setting.
Maintain accurate health records, including immunizations, screenings, and emergency plans.
Collaborate with school staff and families to support student health and well-being.
Assist with administering medication and treatments as prescribed.
Support the development and implementation of individualized health plans and IEPs where applicable.
