Job description
Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a payroll and labor management-focused professional to manage the nursing center's labor spend and process payroll in line with policy.
You will serve as the main contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll, balance staffing with budget targets, and lead the Labor Management Team to improve KPI-driven outcomes. A background in healthcare payroll is preferred.
