nLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) – 2nd Shift
nHeritage Post Acute of Florence is seeking a dependable and compassionate RN or LPN to join our nursing team on second shift, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM .
nResponsibilities:
nnProvide quality nursing care to residents
nAdminister medications and treatments
nMonitor and document residents' conditions
nCommunicate changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare providers
nSupervise and collaborate with CNAs and other nursing staff
nMaintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations
n nQualifications:
nnCurrent, active South Carolina RN or LPN license
nLong-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred
nStrong communication and organizational skills
nDependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
