Job description
Join as a Nurse Supervisor to lead patient care and team management in a supportive, community-focused environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
Serving as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during shifts or on specific units.
Monitoring staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and discipline.
Providing direct patient care when needed and building meaningful relationships to support recovery.
Qualifications required:
Current RN licensure per state regulations.
BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timelines.
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
Leadership experience such as charge nurse or lead role responsible for staff and patient outcomes.
