Overview
A home care organization is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee patient care and clinical staff in Valhalla, NY. This on-site role involves direct oversight of home care services for patients and their families.
What you'll do
Complete initial comprehensive and ongoing assessments of patients and families to determine the services needed
Coordinate services among the patient, family, and care team
Provide ongoing supervision of all professional and para-professional staff assigned to patients
Maintain ongoing communication with patients and families to ensure satisfaction and optimal outcomes
What you'll need
Registered Nurse (RN) license NYS
BSN required
3 + years of clinical experience
Home care experience
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
Excellent observation, problem-solving, and communication skills
Compassion and integrity
