Job description
Meadowbrook Respiratory and Nursing Center in New Jersey is seeking an experienced nurse to supervise direct nursing care for residents and coordinate the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs/GNAs and other nursing personnel.
You will lead their shift, ensure compliance with current rules and policies, complete performance evaluations, provide education, and participate in the center's quality assurance program to maintain the highest standard of resident care.
