Job description
Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of York is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead the nursing team and drive high-quality patient care in a inpatient rehab setting. You will supervise care delivery, implement policies, and collaborate with administration, nursing leadership, and staff to support successful recoveries.
The role requires an active RN license, BLS and ACLS within one year, CRRN within a year, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and at least two years' inpatient hospital experience
