Position: Nurse Supervisor - RN / LPN, Nights – $5,000 Sign On Bonus
Location: Moulton, AL 35650, USA – 300 Hospital St, NHC HealthCare Moulton
Position Overview
NHC HealthCare Moulton is looking for a Nurse Supervisor, RN / LPN to join our team. The role includes overseeing staffing, admissions, discharges, education, tours to prospective residents, addressing family/resident concerns, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Supervise and evaluate work performance of nursing staff.
Ensure patient care follows policies and procedures.
Carry out disciplinary actions as stated in personnel policies.
Complete admission, discharge and transfer documentation as needed.
Monitor resident lab schedule and results.
Monitor 24‑hour report sheets and follow up accordingly.
Qualifications
BSN, ASN or other graduate from an accredited school of nursing (preferred).
Licensed to practice in this state.
Participates in continuing education and maintains current licensure requirements.
Maintains CPR certification.
Preferred experience in Ventilator Unit, Critical Care or Special Care.
