Job description
Mount Carmel Care Center, a Catholic, not-for-profit skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in North Adams, Massachusetts, seeks an LPN or RN Nurse Supervisor to help lead compassionate, resident-centered care. Supervise and support nursing staff, coordinate assessments and care plans, oversee medication administration and documentation, monitor residents’ health, and respond to changes or emergencies. Partner with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to uphold dignity, respect, safety, and personalized care. A current Massachusetts LPN or RN license is required; skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred. Supervisory experience and current CPR/BLS certification are desirable.
