Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.More about our teamLancaster Rehabilitation Hospital strives to provide:Low turnover reflecting team stabilityHighly supportive and collaborative team environmentPeer-to-peer recognitionStrong focus on staff well-being and safety cultureHow you'll contributeA Nurse Tech who excels in this role:Performs basic patient care as delegated and supervised by an RN, including monitoring vital signs, possible blood glucose measurements, and accurate intake/output recording.Assists patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, eating, toileting, ambulation).Observes and promptly reports abnormal physical, mental, or emotional findings to nursing staff.Keeps patient rooms and common areas clean, safe, and appropriately stocked.Manages the tech desk; supports nursing/physician staff and department throughput.Documents care and activities per unit standards.Participates in performance improvement and required education; performs other duties as assigned.Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
