Job description
Cape Fear Valley Health is seeking a Nursing Manager to direct, supervise and coordinate the 7 South Surgical Unit and related nursing operations. You will oversee fiscal resources, human resources, and quality initiatives to elevate patient care and staff performance.
The role requires NC RN licensure, a BSN, and preferred MSN with nursing leadership experience. You will drive policy, safety, and interdisciplinary collaboration in a dynamic hospital setting.
