Job description
Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS) in Georgia seeks a Nurse Manager to serve as the first-line administrative nursing leader with 24-7 accountability for care delivery and budget stewardship of a nursing unit. The NM will coordinate nursing staff, supervise clinicians, assist with patient care clinically when needed, and ensure that clinical pathways and treatments are carried out consistently.
