Genesis HCC seeks a Unit Manager to lead daily operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role oversees clinical staff, patient care quality, and regulatory compliance while fostering a compassionate, collaborative culture. The Unit Manager coordinates interdisciplinary care, drives patient safety initiatives, monitors key performance metrics, and supports innovative treatments and workflow improvements.
