Job description
Riverside Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee daily unit operations, quality of patient care, and staff performance. The role drives budgetary control and revenue generation while fostering physician relationships and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Ideal candidates will have a BSN, Illinois RN license, and 3-5 years of clinical experience, with ANCC leadership or nursing specialty certification to be completed within 12 months of hire.
